We are pleased to offer electronic submission of charges to your benefits company.
If your primary benefits company responds with an explanation of benefits, you will only be responsible for paying any fee difference on the day of service (if any), as this message confirms coverage and payment
If your benefits company responds with a claim acknowledgement, you are responsible for the full payment on the day of treatment, as this message indicates that they have received the claim but cannot confirm payment until further review.
In the event that your benefits company does not accept electronic billing and requires a manual claim submission, full payment must be made on the day of your service.
